Welcome to part 11 of the ITU Sport Development tutorial. This week we look at using your core in biking.
The core works as a stablisier in riding, as in swimming a strong core will help you maintain a more efficient pedal stroke. Watch examples from the pro’s and listen to the breakdown of this skill from the ITU Sport Development department.
