One of the unique and exciting facets of triathlon is the transition. From swim to bike and bike to run, the transition can be an exhilarating and daunting place for triathletes of all abilities.
Watch as the ITU Sport Development team explain and break down transitions. This week’s piece demonstrates how to successfully and safely navigate through a transition. From entering transition, changing equipment, avoiding others, mounting and dismounting your bike.
