Lauren Steadman is one of the most decorated British para athletes who has competed in three Summer Paralympics, in both swimming and para triathlon.
She first got into Triathlon after her uncle, who is a triathlete, suggested she should try it and with a long history in swimming, it has provided her with a significant advantage in triathlon.
Lauren went on to represent her country at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, where she secured the silver medal, and then went on to win the Paralympic gold at Tokyo 2020.
