I first took up triathlon in 2004, because my two brothers are both triathletes, and my father is a runner. My coach, Tibor Lehmann, has also had a big influence on my sporting career. During a typical training week, I do about six hours of swimming, five hours of cycling, and four hours of running. My personal best swim time (1500m) is 18:50, bike (40km) 58:00, and run (10km) 33:00. My triathlon goal is to be an Olympic champion.
My favorite ITU race is the Tiszaujvaros World Cup because it’s in my hometown. I participate in a Hungarian youth development programme for sport: the Heraklesz Programme. My the biggest obstacle I deal with is triumphing over the lazy part of my mind day after day to train.
