My name is Nicole Rao, I am 18 years old and I was born on 09/09/2003. I live in Sanremo and I am in the fifth year of scientific high school. I started triathlon when I was very young, in 2012, and I got passionate right away. In 2019 I came third overall at the xterra on Lake Garda, in Toscolano Maderno, and it was a great satisfaction. I joined the Italian national cross triathlon team and I was called to several meetings. After the lockdown I participated in the xtrerra of Molveno and in 2021 in the short track on Lake Garda.
