London 2013 Grand Final, How to Watch the Races

Four days, more than 8,000 athletes and dozens of ITU World Championship battles. It can be a touch overwhelming. That’s why we’ve put together this quick guide to the Pruhealth World Triathlon Grand Final London, so you will never miss a second of the action you want to see.
Wednesday, September 11
The 2013 Grand Final program kicks off with the short-sharp swim, run discipline Aquathlon. All entrants, elite, U23, juniors and age-group will start in waves from 9am London time. Find out what time that is where you are here. Thursday, September 12
Get set for a huge day of action, with four elite World Championship titles on the line on Thursday, including junior men and women and U23 men and women. It’s time for Hyde Park to really heat up with the first of the age-group World Championships, the sprint distance.

Saturday, September 14
On Saturday we arrive to the elites, where all bets are off as just 13 points separate the leading ladies. The Elite Women are the first race on Saturday, followed by the open standard race from 11.30am and the open race sprint distance from 14:00. Viewing action is bumped up for the elites with a long list of countries airing the race. Check below to see if your provider is carrying the event. But not to fret, if your favourite network isn’t broadcasting your top athlete, we’ve got you covered.

Sunday, September 15
It might be the final day of action, but there is still plenty of excitement to come on Sunday in London with thousands of age-groupers competing in the Olympic distance World Championships, followed by what is sure to be an epic battle of the three Olympic medallists in the Elite Men’s race. A mere 130 points separate the men, two of whom are each gunning for their third World Championship title. Not to mention some seriously family bragging rights are up for grabs amongst the Brownlee boys. Like the women, a host of broadcasters will air the races, giving you even more options for how you cheer on your favourite athletes.
The Standard Distance Age-Group World Championships start from 7:00 local London time.
