This will be the year of celebrating the power of sport, how sport in general, and triathlon in particular, can help us overcome difficult times no matter where we live and who we are, and how we can help the society to come out of this pandemic stronger and more united than ever”, said World Triathlon President and IOC member, Marisol Casado. “I welcome everyone to join us to celebrate the Olympic Day, remembering our past Olympic experiences and looking forward the Tokyo Games. Stay tuned to our digital channels and feel the Olympic experience with us and our athletes.”
